The Kingsley was awarded a top industry accolade at the prestigious Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal Awards which took place at The Galmont in Galway, on Tuesday, 28th January.
Now in its 35th year, the Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal Awards are the leading independent awards for the Irish hospitality industry and aim to recognise and celebrate the outstanding achievements of the hotel and catering sector throughout the country over the past twelve months.
Judged by industry experts, the Hotel & Catering Review Gold Medal Awards reward excellence in hospitality and catering operations across the island of Ireland.
On the evening, surrounded by industry colleagues, The Kingsley was awarded the prestigious title of ‘Ireland’s Outstanding Customer Service’ award.
Accepting the award on the night was General Manager Fergal Harte, Executive Head Chef Tim Daly, Head Therapist Ciara Ryan and HR Director Charlie Dineen.
