One of Cork’s largest annual multi-disciplinary arts festivals, the Cork Midsummer Festival returns between the 16th & 25th June 2017. Using the city of Cork as its backdrop and inspiration, the festival provides high-quality arts events, both national and international, for audiences of all ages.
The extensive programme includes everything from theatre, dance, opera, outdoor events plus much more. It provides opportunities for significant public participation and engagement, supports the development of emerging artists across all art forms, and provides a unique platform for work by local and national artists.
