The Kingsley launch The Kave – the latest addition to their employee well-being offering.
The Kingsley, the luxury four star hotel in Cork city, has launched the latest edition to their employee well-being offering – a brand new wellness area.
Affectionately named The Kave by The Kingsley’s staff, this spacious and well-equipped area of the hotel is open to all staff before, during and after work hours. The airy space is dedicated to letting staff take a few minutes to relax away from work and socialise with games like table tennis, pool and foosball. Employees can also take a moment to themselves in the dedicated meditation and sensory space.
Fergal Harte, General Manager at The Kingsley, said “We are delighted to launch The Kave – this is something we have wanted to do for years and it has been a great success so far. Our employees’ well-being is a top priority for us here at The Kingsley and we appreciate the support of our owners who helped make this happen”.
As well as The Kave, employees currently have access to the hotel’s extensive Health Club and the KWell programme, which offers regular seminar talks on all things wellness at work. The Kingsley has a diverse workforce of over 28 nationalities and was certified as a Great Place to Work by their staff in November 2022.
