Step into Perch, our light-filled space situated elegantly above the River Lee, where a fresh take on afternoon tea is being served all season long. It’s a little less traditional, a little more relaxed but still every bit as indulgent.
Think warm scones layered with clotted cream and house-made jam. Delicate finger sandwiches filled with seasonal ingredients. Tiny cakes and patisserie that are as much art as they are dessert. Everything is crafted in-house by our pastry team, and paired with a curated selection of teas, or a glass of Champagne, should the occasion (or the conversation) call for it.
Outside, the River Lee offers the kind of calm that only this historic Cork landmark can bring. Inside, there’s quiet chatter and clinking china of family and friends conversing over one of the hotels most renowned experiences. It’s a setting that feels timeless and relaxed.
