The Kinesis Wall
This piece of gym equipment has been described as a high-tech playground for working out! Our team enjoy this feature because it’s super enjoyable and versatile. You can do all sorts of exercises on it, including stretching, lifting, and even balancing movements. It’s a great way to get your heart pumping and your muscles moving without feeling like you’re stuck in a repetitive gym routine.

Pull-Ups
It can be hard to beat the classics, as proven by the pull up exercises and why they’re a hit amongst our team! They’re great for making your back muscles strong and toned. Plus, it’s a rewarding feeling when you can pull yourself up higher and higher each time you try. No state of the art equipment needed, just a bar that can support your body and you are good to go.

Deadlifts
If you are looking for an exercise that target multiple muscle groups at once, then deadlifts can help with that! Our team love doing deadlifts because it acts as an ideal way to strengthen your legs back and core. Also, at The Health Club, all of our racks are facing the River Lee which allows for stunning views as you rest between sets.
