The Kingsley, the Cork city haven on the banks of the River Lee, introduces Perch Coffee & Wine, a new dining option at the hotel.
Perch Coffee & Wine was initially born from feedback from time-conscious customers, who were looking for quick, high-quality breakfast and lunch options that they can grab on the go or swiftly enjoy at the hotel.
The daytime menu includes granola pots, fresh pastries, and a selection of delicious sandwiches like their Philly cheese steak on toasted ciabatta, focaccia parmigiana and roast beef brisket on sourdough. Additional items include a range of fresh salads, frittatas and quiches that can be enjoyed on site or to take away, and for those with a sweet tooth, grab a delicious homemade cookie, carrot cake, banana bread or a cinnamon roll.
From June, Perch Coffee & Wine will transform into a vibey wine bar in the evenings, serving a selection of small plates along with an eclectic and interesting wine list [menu details needed] — a great new place to catch up with friends on a balmy summer evening.
Located at the end of The K Lounge, with spectacular river views and access to the outdoor seating area, Perch Coffee & Wine is now open from 8am-5pm daily. Whether you’re dashing out the door or seeking a quiet moment’s respite overlooking the River Lee, Perch Coffee & Wine is here from the start of your day with a perfectly brewed cup of coffee to winding down with a glass of fine wine in the evening.
