Lee Fields

Lee Fields is an enjoyable, quiet, walk along the scenic River Lee and tall trees. This walk near The Kingsley is dog friendly, has parking available and is surrounded by the sounds of nature, sights of ducks and swans, and even some Victorian Renaissance architecture for those who are into their history.

Murphys Park

Murphys Park offers a pleasurable trail alongside the channel and goes from Cork to Near Monkstown. Here you will find a memorial plaque dedicated to Patrick Murphy which offers some insight into his significance. A great place to let off some steam with a walk, run or just a family stroll with the dog.

Fitzgeralds Park

Fitzgeralds Park is a lovely place for walking and is also home to the Cork Public musuem and situated right beside the Daly Bridge an UCC. When the weather is nice, there are few places nicer for a stroll than Fitzgeralds Park. It offers a play area for kids, plents of places to sit, a duck pond, toilets, and gardens that are well looked after. There is also a nice coffee shop here to grab something warm and cozy for those cold, frosty mornings or cool evenings.
